[edit] Selecting your target programs
You will first need to select the programs that you are interested in. This takes a bit of research. A good place to start is by talking with your professors, and fellow students. Rankings are another place to look for target programs. Review Rankings
If you are certain that you want to go to graduate school, it is a good idea to apply to at least five programs. Your target programs should also be a mix of your dream school (likely ultra competitive), your target school (competitive), and your safety school.
